Full Fat Milk - 1/2 ltrs

Instructions
Homemade Paneer - Preparation Steps
Take some Milk & boil it for making Chhena. When it starts boiling, turn off the flame then put some Lemon & Water Mixture gradually to curdle the Milk.
Keep a strainer on a bowl, put a muslin cloth on the strainer & put the paneer in it then put some cold water on it, when it gets dry then mash it with a masher.
Kalakand - Preparation Steps
Take some more Milk & boil it till it becomes half of its initial quantity.
Put some Sugar in the boiling Milk & make it thick.
Stir it continuously then put the Chhena in it.
Mix it well & cook it on high flame for 5 mins.
Then put the mixture in a tray, garnish it with chopped Pistachios & let it to set for 6-7 hours.
Then cut it in pieces & enjoy the Delicious Halwai Style Kalakand at home.
