Tips
- The bellpeppers should be julienne cut to get better texture and great taste post grilling.
- Adding Indian Chaat Masala gives tangy, sour flavour to the recipe.
- Using black,red and pinto beans increase protein content of the recipe.
- Burrito bowls goes best with tacos & wraps. Tortillas Chips & Nachos can be used as a side dish with guacamole and salsa.

Instructions
- Step 1 : Veg Fajitas
- Add olive oil to the pan along with julienne cut bellpeppers & onions. Saute for 2 minutes.
- Add salt, chaat masala, taco seasoning and lemon juice to taste.
- The vegetables gives a grilled texture to the recipe.
- Step 2 : Beans
- Boil the black, red and pinto beans and place in mixing bowl.
- Add salt, chaat masala, taco seasoning and lemon juice to taste.
- The beans are ready to serve.
- Step 3 : Rice
- Boil the rice until it turns soft.
- Add coriander, salt, chaat masala, taco seasoning and lemon juice to taste.
- Rice is ready to searve.
- Step 4 : Burrito Bowl
- Spread the rice at the bottom of the serving bowl.
- Add black, red and pinto beans.
- Add vegetables fajitas.
- Add scope of sour cream.
- Add guacamole to taste.
- Add salsa to taste.
