Blended soya chunks - Half (1/2) cup
Roasted Besan - Half (1/2) cup

Grated ginger - 1 tbsp
Green chili - 1 portion or to taste
Salt - 1 tsp
Kabab Masala - 1 tbsp
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Shahi Jeera - 1 tsp
Olive Oil - to shallow fry

Coriander (dhaniya) seeds 1 tbsp
Cardamom (elaichi) 1 tsp
Cloves 1/2 tsp
Bay Leaf (Tej patta) 2 to 3 leaves
Cinnamon 1 small portion
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Mace (javitri) 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg (jaifal) 1/2 tsp
